The Santos Augusta Building is a landmark of contemporary architecture in downtown São Paulo, located at the intersection of Alameda Santos and Rua Augusta, next to Avenida Paulista. Designed by renowned architect Isay Weinfeld, one of the most prestigious names in Brazilian contemporary architecture, and built by BN Engenharia, a company known for its work on projects of high technical and aesthetic complexity. The bold structure stands out for its distinct volumetry and integration with the urban space. Situated on a plot of 1,996 m², Santos Augusta has 19,000 m² of constructed area. Di Mármore was responsible for the stone cladding of all areas of the building, including the façade finished with Absolute Grey Basalt, extending through ceiling panels and raised flooring. The architectural project is characterized by four stacked volumes, each with different dimensions, textures, and alignments.
